Automatically migrate older SharePoint Online docs to Azure Blob or Azure Spaces?
Looking to see if there are solutions available for the following scenario:
We are looking to migrate from 60+ individual file servers we have around the US to SharePoint Online. Approximately 40-50TB total. Unfortunately, the monthly storage costs are making this project more of a "dream" than a reality.
One thought we had would be to create (or invest) in a solution (that would automatically migrate documents older than "X" years over to Azure Blob or Azure Spaces - where storage is significantly less expensive.
The documents would still need to be searchable/findable by our users without the intervention of the IT Department.
Anybody know of documentation that details a setup like this?

Ullur- Archiving is coming to SharePoint with a lot cheaper tier storage, which could be an alternative
NicolasKheirallah Thanks for the great news. Is this an Azure Blob based solution, where the additional configuration is required? Any ETA please?
- Has any content analysis been done to understand wha the 40-50TB of content is? Having an archiving strategy is an important part of migrating. For example, you may decide to move active content or particular types of content to SharePoint and archive other content to Azure Blog storage or Azure File Share.
