Automatically fill columns based on document tittle

Hi to All,

I have few columns and I want to create a workflow with allows to automatically fill those columns when new file will be uploaded on site. 

For example I have a file named AA-BBB-C-DDD

And I have 4 columns: 1, 2, 3, 4

I want that those columns will fill automatically like this:

1              2               3          4

AA          BBB           C           DDD
