Automatic scroll towards non-empty document library viewer
Hi, yesterday ( July 4th 2018 ) I noticed there was a bug ( feature? ) where the modern page would automatically scroll to a non-empty document library viewer. Did anyone else experience this and does anyone know if this is temporary behavior or is this "functionality" here to stay?
I have noticed that this happens by auto-focusing the ms-List css class when there is at least one item to show in the currently set view on a Document Library Viewer ( standard ) web part.

I am having this problem as well. It appears to auto focus to the document library or list web part that had the most recent upload. If this is the new expected behavior, can an option be added to these web parts to disable the auto focusing feature?
