Auto-populating Hero Web Part with News Posts?

FYI at SPC Microsoft said they will be releasing a HERO layout for the news webpart so that’s coming. No idea when but don’t think it’ll be too terribly far out.
- Hope so, this would be really useful and cut down on busy work for our admins managing the page.
