Your options are by default relly limited to what the Audit Log Search can offer you in the Compliance Center. Unfortunataly, I'm not aware of an option in Flow to catch when new columns are added to a list

- jcgonzalezmartin thank you for the reply. I was hoping that as its an added column that info is bound to be saved somewhere. Question is how to mine that info. Surely someone has had this specific issue before.
