Audit logs for failed item submission???

Hello All,

I have an urgent requirement to find out whether a specific type of log is available within Office365:

We are hoping for logs of all user attempts to submit a new item to a SPO list, specifically the unsuccessful ones! We are desperately hoping to find logs about users who tried to submit a new item to a list, yet got an error because required fields were not populated (as shown below). 

• Does SPO keep logs of such 'unsuccessful submit attempts'?
• Could this kind of info retrieved via PowerShell?

The Security & Compliance Centre Audit log search does not include this information.
