Audience targeting - based on location
Have a custom list ('notice' board on the frontpage) - every item/post has a location column - New York and Baltimore - an item can have both locations.
Can I - in modern SharePoint Online - "personalize" the WebPart on the FrontPage - so users from the New York Office, see all the New York items and all the Baltimore Users only the Baltimore Items?
Taen keren Try using the Highlighted Content part. You'll have to extend out the search schema, but you should be able to show content based upon if it matches/contains the user's location.

- Well, don't think this is something you can have with out of the box settings...where do you have informed the citiy of your users?
