Apply conditional formatting to list column
Hi there guys, I've been assigned a task to design a approval workflow where users can submit their requests onto Sharepoint List. I'm trying to find a way to categorise items in the lookup column that is the project titles ( see below) whereby it only appears in the dropdown on the form where its collection title is selected. For example, say a user selects Collection Analyzer and its respective Project APA_OF, Bakken and BEBOP only appears in the form to be chosen from. Additionally, its corresponding project admin details are pulled from its source list. Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm still fairly new to sharepoint 😄

mabel9915 This is not possible using SharePoint out of the box functionalities.
You will have to customize the list forms using Power Apps and then filter the drop down items using formulas.
