App-Catalog

Hi 

Migrating from one Tenant to another Tenant - Is it a good thing to migrate the App-Catalog site (as there are custom apps in there) - or should I instead create it in the new Tenant and upload the custom .sppkg's packages? (I'm thinking the other sites that are migrated they 'remember' the ID/from the .sppkg as these will be renewed if uploaded to the new Tenant - or?)
