Anyone having issues moving SharePoint web parts today?

Yes.
This is a clear issue which microsoft, as usual in the vast majority of cases, has no interest in addressing.
This sharepoint 'move web part' functionality works in google chrome browser, does not work in firefox browser.
No extensions, add-ons or anything else running.
Moving a web part simply does not work.
Please see my own post providing detail on exactly this bug.
It would be nice if the software creator actually addressed these issues instead of leaving it to the public to troubleshoot for them.
