Any licensing implications for the announcements made at SPC18?

The announcements made at SPC 18 are exciting. They fill many gaps in the feature set and show innovation. To balance this out though, I have noticed a recent decision to push features into a premium SKU. This certainly applies to associated technologies such as Flow and PowerApps. So can we have confirmation of any licensing impact from last week’s launch? This will help stakeholders make confident plans and know when they may need additional funding. I’m hoping the impact will be minimal but in a year where, as an example overall GBP licensing prices rose >20% it’s a need to know.
