Yep, there are certain first release web parts and changes that are visible to none first release users, others that aren't.
Essentially rendering communication sites and the web parts that came with only usable for test purposes at the moment.
We're going to wait until everything is fully released before considering making sites for everyone to see.

I think what I mentioned is an issue being investigated as stated my Bruno above, I think being in first release just gives you the option to create the new sites, everyone should be able to browse a created one
- Andrew SilcockJul 12, 2017Iron ContributorI'm not convinced everyone should be able to browse, for example, when I tested the grey bar removal. Only first release customers could see that it wasn't there, everyone else could still see it. Maybe this is a bug, I just assumed this is the way it is until it's released to everyone.

same behaviour over here. Been testing in multiple tenants.
Tried powershell to enable external sharing, no success.
Adding external users to the group of selected users for first release won't work.
Changing the release ring to first release for all users didn't do the trick.
I even tried adding AllUsers to the visitors for instance but even that wasn't working.
Would love to see a solution for my test drive
- Andrew SilcockJul 12, 2017Iron ContributorYou might find that changing the first release to all users actually removes all the first release features you saw when it was just applied to a few people. I understand that it goes to people that are individually selected before it will go to whole tenants.
