Alternate CSS not working properly
I'm getting unexpected results when using the Design Manager (publishing features) to refer to an Alternate CSS URL which is located in a seperate site collection (<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/asset...
found the solution - the custom.css in the "Style Library" had to be Published, after which it all started working for others.
- Good job, that has cause many people headaches over the years.
