Alert me when items change on list - SharePoint Online
Is there anyway users can select more than one radio button on this page? Some users want to select All changes or both New items are added and Existing items are modified. Thank you
TamiRhodes You cannot select multiple options here, but you can create multiple alerts with different settings for single SharePoint list.
Also, when you select All changes option, New items are added and Existing items are modified options included in it by default.
For having both New items are added and Existing items are modified alerts, you have to create two different alerts on same SharePoint list.

TamiRhodes those choices are single select only, but you can build a flow in Power Automate to alert you whenever an item is created or modified in a list.
I have not used Power Automate before. If I build a flow will that flow work for everyone who has alerts on that list? Where is the best place to learn about Power Automate?
