Adding New Item to a Playlist
Hi all - confused by something, we added a Playlist to our site, and for some reason we can't access files from our computers to upload. Attached are 2 images, one is what I'd expect to see, but the other image is what we're actually getting. I'm a Site Collection Admin so I have access to everything on the site and still can't access folders/files from my machine....I'm sure there's a setting somewhere to allow this....anyone know a resolution? Thanks!

If you already checked the permissions you got on the list (yes because permissions can be broken on the list and permission can be removed included for an admin), please be sure that you got collaborate permissions. (i'm sure that is ok as if you see add button, probably not the root cause)
I know that sometimes these is some issues with modern UI, can you please try:
- Try to open it from edge in private mode
- Try if possible with another browser
If still not working, can you please try to create a temp test playlist to see if problem persist on new fresh list.
Be sure also on your playlist that you got attachments activated in advanced settings.
