Adding an Appending Multiline Text Field to a List Board View
Unfortunately, it is not possible to show the most recent comment added to an appended multiline text field in board view using SharePoint out of the box capabilities or JSON formatting as multiple lines of text column with "append changes" is a special column type in SharePoint.
You can add a new idea/feedback on SharePoint feedback portal to request support for such columns in board view or JSON formatting at: SharePoint Feedback Portal
