Adding an App to a Modern page?

Question

I would like to add a Discussion Board App to the home page of a Communication Site or Modern Team Site.&nbsp; At the top of my home page it's easy to select New -&gt; App -&gt; Discussion Board, however, there seems to be no way to add the Discussion Board directly to the home page of the site.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
I know this can be done easily on "Classic" teams sites.&nbsp; I'm talking about "Modern" team sites in SharePoint Online.
&nbsp;
Any help is greatly appreciated.&nbsp;

There currently is no support for Discussion board lists on modern pages and I don't envision this being converted. My opinion only :P. This is more what Yammer and Teams are for going forward. So instead of adding in discussion board to the page, you could add a yammer feed in to the page for discussion purposes.

Or "pay" a developer you mean :). Unless your lucky to have one sitting around in the office that knows spfx lol.&nbsp;
