Adding a New Quick Link but getting an unexpected error message

Hi,

I'm trying to add a new quick link to one of our SharePoint pages but get this error when trying to Republish the page 

Not sure if this would have any bearing on the 'unexpected error 

Able to make changes to other pages on the same site

It seems like this particular page is not saving the draft
