Adaptive Cards - basic tutorial?
I've been asked to look at using adaptive cards in SharePoint, I've found a few tutorials but most start a bit of the way down the process for me, and I could do with something that starts from the very beginning with them.
Does anyone have a link to a basic guide and tutorial to them that they would be willing to share?

It's still not a tutorial, just an explanation of what they are, I need a tutorial to be able to create one from scratch (for SharePoint)- are there any actual tutorials for them?
