Activity Web Part

Good Day

We are looking in creating/having an activity web part which can show you at the site level

- Site Pages/News Pages that have been created

- Site Pages/News Pages that have received likes

- Site Pages/News Pages that been updated

The highlight web part seems cover some of those scenarios as it allows you to filter out what content to surface so its not documents but Site Pages however it does not tell you on the card that shows up for the page/file if an update occurred or if its related to a new page creation or if the page received a like.

Should we be exploring the SharePoint Framework to surface those activity details on pages and will be possible?  Thank you!
