Access Web App Timing Out

Hello,

I've posted this to the Access community, but never received a response. We have an Access Web App that I have developed, but users are complaining of an Access Services error that states: "Sorry, but Access cancelled the last operation because it took too long to complete. If you ocntinue to experience this problem please contact the app creator."

Well, I'm the app creator...who do I contact?!

Thanks, jcgonzalezmartin. I'm aware of the end of AWA, but can't rely on PowerApps until they can eclipse te 500 record text query limit, so I'm stuck in no man's land with this particular app scenario until something changes. We were under the impression we had until April to transition to something new, but we keep encountering problems all of a sudden with AWA. It's as if MSFT has lowered the priority of its processing load on SharePoint. I'm just a power user

, so I don't know where to go for support with this.

I'll offer a guess until someone else comes in with something better: AWA may not care to know the difference between you as the creator or anyone else, and is indicating that something in your database requires debugging, which only the creator would be able to handle.

As for your actual problem, this might get you somewhere.

Thanks, Matt Coats. I did find that post before posting here. It didn't look like there wsa a solution 4 years ago, but I was hoping something could have changed in that time.
