Access to the SharePoint Store
When I access the SharePoint Admin Center, then go to More Features > Features, I get an "Access Denied" message, even though I'm a Global Administrator and even a SharePoint Administrator. Are there any specific rights I should have? The online documentation differs from recent updates.

check the site permissions to the apps-site in your SharePoint admin center > active sites:
https://<TENANT>.sharepoint.com/sites/appcatalog/
As Global Admin you can set permissions to your admin account.
