Access to specific rows Sharepoint list
What permission should I assign her so that she only sees the rows where I give her access to?
Try granting view (read) permissions on the list item if you want user to only see the list item. Grant contribute/edit permissions on the list item if you want user to edit the list item.

And what do I have to do if I want that she can only see the items where I give her access to?Only grant the access on specific list items (same thing you are doing currently) without granting access at the "list" level.
