Access to SharePoint site or site content for CEO - no access for IT admins

Question

Hi, I would like to set up a SharePoint site, or folder within a SharePoint site, where the CEO only has access. This would be for highly sensitive data that no-one other than the CEO should see. It seems to me that IT can see everything, is it possible to set CEO access only? Many thanks.

What about using OneDrive For Business? In ODFB, only the user can access the data

MGP-67&nbsp; I think you need to trust your IT teams as admins they can always access anything.&nbsp; You could perhaps setup auditing off files to check who has been accessing files.&nbsp;
