Access request approval on mail gives http 403/401 error

Hi,

 

Hope you are having a good day.

Since last week we have this issue where when site owners try to accept access request on the mail they receive the below error:Received on email error: "The remote endpoint returned an error"

 

Can you please help with this?

Has anyone received this error before?

    That's very weird!!! Best you can do here is to open a support ticket so Microsoft can identify what's happening on the backend
