Acces denied on SharePoint but user has rights
Hi all,
I have a user that needs to access a certain SharePoint page. I and the site owner have given him the rights he needs but he still gets the Acces denied page (uses the good link).
We have tried the following:
- Remove acces on the page and give rights again,
- Remove and give access through admin center.
Non of these options seems to work. Does anyone know how we can solve this issue?
Try to check the following for the user.
- Permission on the site level
- Permission on the library level
What about the home page and other pages, whether the user is able to access those pages?
