About the document library Tiles view.

Hi all!

 

When I view document library's documents with the Tiles view.

This document's title and edited by is appeared for describing the file by default.

I want to ask that Can I change the [title] and [edited by]  columns to another kinds of columns([Created] or [File Size] ) for describing the file?

It's very pleasure If someone can tell me the method.

    You can but you'll have to develop an extension etc. for it. Out of Box you can't really modify much.

      Not sure if we current version of SPFx extensions this is something achievable...do you have an example of it? AFAIK with SPFx extensions you can add custom actions in the edit item menu, in the doc. library / list actions bar and them in the top and in the bottom of a modern page...

        You could do css override probabaly to get the result most likely but best way would be create a webpart which is probabaly easiest then use it as your landing spot for library or add a column link to it. Either way there are work arounds. None easy unfortunately.
