    This is a great post -really. But I continue to be frustrated by the lack of conversation around the credentialing/business continuity question in Flow. Any business user with access to Google can decide to use Flow to automate a process and suddenly now have a global process that is dependent on the continued existence of a single person's credentials. Should those credentials fail for any reason, so does that process with no notification. We would never allow this level of risk to business continuity for any other process, so why this one?

     

    Since Microsoft doesn't appear to be willing to address the question, I think it's incumbent upon all the people posting to remind users about this.

    • Make sure your Flows are shared with others. If it's attached to a SharePoint list or library, share your Flow with the site owner group.
    • Document how to change credentials so that should something happen to you, the other owners can update the credentials to keep the Flow running.
