A flow to copy data from one list to another (based on a look-up), when an item is modified.

Hi,

I have two (extensive) lists, one for course bookings, one for instructors. Course bookings uses instructor_name as a look-up field. When a booking is made, I want to update the instructor list with the course start/end dates, so that the info is on the individual instructor form so that they cannot be double booked. 

Is this possible using Power Automate? Trigger would be when the instructor_name column in bookings is modified. Event would be that data from a specific column in bookings, is copied onto the "looked-up" instructor, within the instructor list. Just not sure if it's doable?
