365BC in SharePoint

Does this signify that I have a "PAGE" in SharePoint as a user?

    From your screen shot it appears that '365C_Martinez_Lisa' is title of the SharePoint site. Is your org using mysites?

      I'm unsure if they are using "mysites".
      I was trying to figure out how 365C_Martinez_Lisa was created. It's just part of my sharepoint sites.
