1 user experience issues with SharePoint links/site access

We have one user who is continuously receiving error messages when they click on SharePoint links. No one else has encountered this problem. We recently set them up on a brand new computer, thinking it was some strange glitch but alas, they are encountering the same error.

"This site can't be reached...webpage may be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new address...ERR_FAILED"

Except... nothing has moved and others aren't seeing this problem. They can usually refresh and it will work eventually but this is not ideal! Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
