Trying to link a road map to a project leads to a blank screen

Hi,

I have a P5 licence, I am able to create a road map, but when i try to connect it to a project (for the web), the pop-up on the side of the browser is completely blank ans stays that way. I have tried with Edge and Chrome, this is the same and I have tried by creating a new roadmap, no change...

 

 

 any idea?

      It works for my colleague.
      I doubt this is a browser setup issue since it's not working with Edge, Chrome and Firefox.
      Would a licence issue bring a white screen (as opposed to a warning message)?

        I still can create a road map so I doubt this is a licence issue as well...
