Hi Paul,
It works for my colleague.
I doubt this is a browser setup issue since it's not working with Edge, Chrome and Firefox.
Would a licence issue bring a white screen (as opposed to a warning message)?

There might be some exception being thrown that is causing the data not to load in that pane. It's not something we could review here or probably help resolved. I would open a support ticket on your M365 tenant so that Microsoft can view the logs etc. and get this sorted for you.
