Tracking Man Hours

I'm working on tracking man hours associated to a project. 

Question 1:

Is there a way Project will calculate man hours based on the resource "work" as it relates to the duration of the task?  For example, if my duration is 2 weeks, can Project calculate my man hours as 160 hours if I have the ability to make the inputs as 2 men for 8 hour days with 10 working days?

Questions 2:

If the question above is possible, can we track the delta man hours based on completed work?  For example, if I have 160 hours allocated for a task, and I mark the task as 50% complete, will Project calculate that I have 80 man hours left to complete the task?
