The on-premises gateway license

Hi all

I plan to buy some licenses for Project Plan 1 and 3. I need to integrate with on-premise applications, so need to use on-premises gateway.

  1. Do I need to purchase a license for the on-premises gateway?
  2. In the design of the on-premises gateway there is Azure Relay (document here) Do I need to purchase a license for Azure Replay?

    What do you plan to integrate with Project, also which version of Project, Project for the web I assume?
