Resource Allocation Report
I'm using microsoft project online (not project for web).
I have a few projects and I need to have a report that gives me an overview of the availability in the near future.
In each project I have the enterprise resources assigned to tasks, some at 100% some less.
When I look at the reports available (I tried the capacity planning and the powebi report available at aka.ms/ProjectReports) all my resoures appear fully available for the next months.
I'm probably missing something very obvious.
Without going into too much detail, check the duration of the tasks you've assigned resources and ensure the Finish date is correct? For example, if the task defaulted to a 1 day duration, when it should be 30 or 60 days, you will not see any future work in MSP Online or the Power BI reports.
