Project planner not synchronizing tasks on other PWA projects

Good day 

 

Recently I've noticed that our PWA projects are not considering task assignments on other projects, so we can now only level a resource only for one project. This used to happen automatically I don't know if Microsoft changed something or we changed some setting to disable the connection.

 

Please assist! because now we find that recourses are always over allocated

    Hello Mpafane ,

    Are you looking at the projects in MS Project? If so, do you have this option enabled when login in to the PWA account from MS Project?
