Project Plan 3 - Project for the Web

I'm attempting to use Project for the Web as I have a Project Plan 3 license. The image below represents what I see when attempting to use the APP:

 

Note: I'm unable to upload or see any projects

 

When I try to log in to project.microsoft.com and sign in to my Microsoft 365 account, my work email associated with the license doesn't sign me in.

I don't see an option for :

Thoughts? I am seeking guidance in case I need to inform IT of any configuration or set-up to use this functionality.

    in the first couple of photos that is Project online not project for the web. 

    i recommend you start from this Project training - Microsoft Support you should get good idea about POL and P4W and hopefully you get a start. I would recommend reaching out to a partner a PPM consultant who can guide you with the initial setup.
