Project Plan 3 - Project for the Web

in the first couple of photos that is Project online not project for the web.
i recommend you start from this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/project-training-63f1db89-1ee0-4113-bedc-03fc5ec6223a you should get good idea about POL and P4W and hopefully you get a start. I would recommend reaching out to a partner a PPM consultant who can guide you with the initial setup.
