Project Online - Error while approving Timesheet
hi,
While approving timesheet, receiving the following error.
"An error Occurred while Communicating with the server. Check connectivity with your administrator to determine whether further action is necessary.".
This error is occuring only for one user. Verified the RBS of TS submitter and approver, all looks good.
Any otherways to investigate this issue?

Your best option is to open a support ticket with Microsoft via the M365 admin portal, Microsoft will then be able to review the ULS logs on the server to understand the data issue causing the problem.

Hi Ramkanumuri: did opening a support ticket resolve your issue? I am asking this as I am also seeing the same error message. Thanks. AB

For those who encounter this, this is how I was able to resolve this. Had two Approvers/managers who were noticing this problem. I assigned them Portfolio Manager rights, in addition to Project Manager rights that they already had, and they were able to approve all the pending timesheets. [
