Project Accelerator - risks, issues, changes

Hej, 

I wonder what needs to be changed in the configuration of the Project Accelerator so that not only the person who has registered a risk, an issue or a change can see it but at least the Project Manager, the Owner of the project (which seems to be the person who has created the project in the Project Accelerator) and the person to whom the risk/issue/change is assigned to.

  • Hello, I found the solution to this issue.
    You need to configure a Hierarchy model in the Power Automate Admin Center.
    In my case, I have configured the position hierarchy model and created 3 positions, Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, and added one user to each position and tested. It worked, now they can see Risk/Issues/Status reports for positions lower than them.
