MS Project shows different version when editing
Hi,
when I view my project plan online and then click on Edit --> In Browser it shows then a different version of the project when editing (different tasks). If I then click on exit and view the project again I see the old version again. How am I seeing different versions when editing vs. viewing?
The different version is the one that I have when editing offline. Saving or checking back in online or offline does not solve the problem.

You are seeing the draft version when going into edit mode and the published version when initially viewing in the web. When in edit mode, if you Publish the project once that is completed, you will then see the same in both edit and view modes.

Hi Paul, don't know if is the same question, but, when open a project, in PWA, the tasks schedule are shown, but when change to Edit mode, all tasks disappear.
If I open the schedule in Desktop, I can't see any task.
Look like, in some projects, the DRAFT version have been lost.
Do you know how fix this?
