Make it possible to disable notifications (admin level) for all users in the org.
Make it possible to disable emial notifications from Project for the Web on app level for all users. This is specifically handy when migrating a lot of projects in a certain period to P4W. In this period users become overwelmed by the number of emails from P4W.
Chris_Kegler2100 Yes, this is frustrating that there isn't a global level setting to disable the notification, but each user can turn them off as outlined below.
There is an idea submitted for this, which you and your co-workers can also vote for. Add an option to disable sending notifications when a project is created · Community (microsoft.com)- Go to Project home page, click the 'Settings' cog/gear in the top right-hand corner of the page then click Notifications.
- Change the notifications that you will receive when either someone assigns you a task or someone adds you to a project or roadmap.
