Chris_Kegler2100 Yes, this is frustrating that there isn't a global level setting to disable the notification, but each user can turn them off as outlined below.
There is an idea submitted for this, which you and your co-workers can also vote for. Add an option to disable sending notifications when a project is created · Community (microsoft.com)- Go to Project home page, click the 'Settings' cog/gear in the top right-hand corner of the page then click Notifications.
- Change the notifications that you will receive when either someone assigns you a task or someone adds you to a project or roadmap.
