  • Hi niazstinu ,

Basically if you're using Project ONline, you need to edit (requires admin rights) the enterprise calendars from PWA/Server settings/Enterprise calenders into MS Project, then change the working week setting, add bank holidays and save it.

Note that you also need to align those working week hours with the project start time (project tab/information/start date) and with the scheduling options in file menu/options/scheduling).

Tell us if it helps or eventually give us more details.

Thanks, Do I need to have MS Project Server to do this, as I am reading in the link you shared, that it I need to open MS Project Server and do the Enterprise calendar from there.

Currently I dont have the MS Project Server, I have only the Office 365 Project PWA.

As I read from the link you send, I need to have MS Project Server

        hi niazstinu ,

No you don't need Project Server. You have PRoject Online and both work the same way for editing enterprise calendars. So the link I sent you is still applicable. But you need to have some admin rights.
