How can I install Project 2010 Pro on a new PC?

Hi there

I have an office 365 subscription, but cannot use Project 365 for various reasons. I got a new PC and want to install my existing Project Pro 2010 onto it, but cannot find an installation programme. Microsoft do not want to help me and want me to just upgrade instead. Can anyone help with an install program please? I have my product ID as my 2010 pro is licenced. TIA

    The answer is "yes" but what do you mean by, "installation programme"? You will need either the Project 2010 media itself (e.g. disk) or the downloaded file, often a .DMG, you used for your original installation, and of course the product ID. If you do not have those items then I'm afraid you'll have to plead your case with Microsoft Support.
