The answer is "yes" but what do you mean by, "installation programme"? You will need either the Project 2010 media itself (e.g. disk) or the downloaded file, often a .DMG, you used for your original installation, and of course the product ID. If you do not have those items then I'm afraid you'll have to plead your case with Microsoft Support.
