Hide time between tasks
Hi all,
I just upgraded from project 2003 to 365.
There is something I am hoping the latest version can do, that I could never figure out if I could do it in 2003.
If I have two tasks, say 6 months apart. Task 1 ends in January and Task 2 starts in say July. I would like to not show the time between the tasks, or show an abbreviated portion of the time between the tasks in the printed view. I would like to do this without changing the timescale.
Kind of like in a spreadsheet where you would hide columns.
Does that make sense to anyone? Is it possible?
Thanks,
Arthur
Arthur,
Yes, it makes perfect sense and other users have made a similar request. Unfortunately Project still doesn't have any way to "block out" portions of the timeline.I suggest you submit a request via the Feedback channel in Project (File > Feedback) - "I have a suggestion".
