Help with PWA
Hi
I have just had my admin guys set up an instance of PWA for me. I got sent the url and I have been named as administrator
However when I go into it i get an error message saying - Sorry, you don't have a license to use Project Web App.
I checked I have license 3 granted under my office subscriptions which I thought would be enough to give me the access I needed
Any help on what I can do next to resolve this ?

For the full service administration you will need Plan 5: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/project-online-service-description/microsoft-project-online-service-description#feature-availability

- RodFrommSteel ContributorDid they add you as a Site Collection admin for the site? Did they add you to the enterprise resource pool and assign the Administrator category?
Being an Administrator can mean many things in project online. What functionality are you utilizing as that is what determines which license you need Plan 3 or 5. I'm an administrator in multiple sites and I can design workflows, create/edit EPTs,PDPs and configure all sites with a Plan 3 license.
If you are getting into Resource Engagements, Portfolio Analysis you will need a Plan 5.
