- Did they add you as a Site Collection admin for the site? Did they add you to the enterprise resource pool and assign the Administrator category?
Being an Administrator can mean many things in project online. What functionality are you utilizing as that is what determines which license you need Plan 3 or 5. I'm an administrator in multiple sites and I can design workflows, create/edit EPTs,PDPs and configure all sites with a Plan 3 license.
If you are getting into Resource Engagements, Portfolio Analysis you will need a Plan 5.
